Refund & Returns Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Kindly include your full name and order number in your message.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy below.


Are Returns Free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refund Method

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Sale items or items purchased with discount codes may be refunded as store credit (e-gift card)

Please allow up to 2–3 business days for processing once the return has arrived at our warehouse.

During peak sale periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.


Important Return Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package arrives safely.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.


Orders Not Received

If your package has not arrived within 60 business days from shipment, please contact us to open an investigation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Orders refused at delivery


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply in the following cases:

  1. The order is refused upon delivery.

  2. The package is not collected and returned to sender.

  3. A cancellation request is submitted after the item has already shipped.


Warranty

All Light Imperial fixtures are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Claims must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the issue.

Depending on the case, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement product

  • Technical assistance

Warranty coverage does not include damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.


Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.

If a manufacturing defect is identified, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a full replacement. Reports submitted after this period may qualify for replacement parts instead of a full unit replacement.
